Day 88 - 25 mins of Wii

When I saw NB at the door, ofcourse I was surprised - just 20 minutes ago she had told me that it was not a good idea to walk outside as it was cold and windy. Ofcourse I was annoyed, so after letting her know exactly how I felt, I decided to play tennis on Wii. So after 15 mins of tennis which is a good warmup, I decided to be honest with myself. Even if NB had said its ok to walk outside, I wouldn't have bcos I was planning on playing Wii today. I had thought about the walk and was a little inclined towards missing it today, because still needed another rest day (maybe just in my head) after the long walk yesterday. Then had another 10 min round of boxing on Wii and was perfectly normal after that. Kind of understand what ppl say go for a walk when you are annoyed. Have tried walks, but I think the Wii was faster :)
Discussed NB's plan with her. Am a bit skeptical of doing just 2.5 miles next weekend, am more interested in doing 6 miles, but NB wants to follow this plan - Jeff Galloway, so I'll go with it.
