R/W, 2min/2 min, 4.5mph/3.0mph, 2.5miles, 42 min.
I like these days when I try to run a bit faster for a shorter time, cant sustain the faster pace but atleast for 2 min feel I am running instead of shuffling.
Almost wasnt going to do the workout today , then realised had not done the basic 5 aerobic workouts this week, so pulled myself out of the bed and at the end felt real good.
The eating wasnt so good- ate a veggie burger at BK because had missed lunch and they always put the mayo on even if I tell them 10 times to miss it. But the burger was good,and if I only eat some veggies for dinner (which I doubt)I should be safe with the calories.Surfed the web and found a site to log in daily calorie intake www.fitday.com. Its easy to use and free for one thing, will explore it some more and see if have to make it a daily feature or go back to using my paper and pencil.
Rest day tomorrow.
